Wine Nerd Stuff:
This wine is a great example of what structure and concentration can do for the aging potential of this wine. The tannins are round and the acid is jumping out of this wine like a just ripe raspberry off the bush. Freaking incredible structure still! The only thing I would have liked to see different about this wine is lower alcohol. The alcohol is still very apparent on the nose and to a lesser extent on the palate. This wine is a stunner that can go may more years.
Drinkability (out of 5 glasses): 4
