Clear – Straw color, slight yellow hue

AROMA

Fruit – Lemon zest and green melon rind (Honeydew Melon)

Non-Fruit Aromas – Hint of Earl Grey Tea and Bergamot. A limestone character with fresh salinity

THE PALATE

Entry – Medium viscosity with an oily mouthfeel that is clean and crisp at the same time.

Mid palate – Normal acceleration as the mouthfeel grows slightly more viscous and the citrus peel/bergamot character and minerality kick in.

Finish – Long with a mouthwatering slightly sour acidity and stone minerality
